Carrot Cake

Ingredients:

4 eggs

3/4 cup butter

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 1/2 cup white sugar

2 tsps vanilla extract

2 cups all-purpose flour

2 tsps baking soda

2 tsps baking powder

1 tsp salt

2 tsps ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp allspice

1/4 tsp netmeg

3 cups grated carrots

1 cup chopped pecans

EST. Cook Time: 60min

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.

Pour mixture into a baking pan.

Place in the oven for 40 to 50mins.
